I buy a lot of these lamps. The whole house is lit as you walk through as I am constantly attending to both parents. I only bought these bulbs to use with Mr. Balken and Oxy. This is the first time I have bought such a lamp made for a toilet. Well, they convinced me! Not only are they brighter, but the motion sensor works much better with them (almost too well, but I don't really think you can have "too good" when it comes to motion sensors, especially with older people). And they are magnetized (easy to stick to bed frames or kitchen gadgets). Actually, I won't resort to other types, I need to buy more. I can even replace some of the existing lamps with these lamps. It's just an incredibly amazing difference! It means so much, especially when Alzheimer's (and some other types of dementia) are extremely sensitive to light. dim light, and it plays a cruel joke on them (citing alz.org). Although there will probably never be enough light when we get up in the middle of the night, it's just a few steps closer to what we need. But it can turn all the differences in the world into an illusion, and with it our family. Thank you!
