REYADE 3 drawer mobile filing cabinet comes with two keys and a box inside the filing cabinet containing the parts needed for assembly. It also comes with a drawer organizer and two metal bars to customize the drawer for legal or letter files. The four main gears are bolted and can mostly be tightened hand-tight. However, to fully tighten them, you will need a very thin open end wrench (included). The open head of the screw is so small that only such a thin wrench is sufficient for this purpose. PRODUCT DAMAGE: One of the three handles was missing paint on one edge (see photo). PRODUCTION ISSUES: All three handles were difficult to install. The holes were poorly machined and it was difficult to get even one bolt for each fired grip. I realized that for this to work I had to tighten the screws before installing the knobs, essentially drilling out the holes. Then loosen the screws and mount. Then if it worked. The back of the main drawer was curved, but the steel was thin enough that I was able to bend it easily. In general, this is a useful filing cabinet. Drawers are easy to open and close. There is a wheel on the lower front of the main document drawer to prevent the light cabinet from tipping over when that drawer is opened. At $129.99, this might be a bit high for this quality. Do it for $75 and you get good value for your money, IMHO.
