GREAT EXERCISE TOOL

THIS PRODUCT WAS RECOMMENDED FOR FASTENING TO THE ANKLES BEFORE WALKING FOR EXERCISE, LEG LIFTS, ETC. IT SURPRISED ME HOW WELL THEY WERE MADE AND HOW EASY THEY ARE TO HANDLE. THEY DON'T IRRITATE THE SKIN AND DON'T LOOSEN OR SLIDE AFTER THEY ARE PUT ON. GOOD PRODUCT.

It was just what I was looking for for my workout. The quality is good and durable.

Cons

The weights may be too heavy to comfortably wear for long periods of time, especially for children or older adults
