Not dramatic, but this sheet saves lives. Or at least a sleeping pill. I use Pack n Play as my son's cradle and I know I shouldn't, but I sleep with him on the bed during the day. Well, as he got older, he got more and more used to the bed, to the point where even though there was a stretched sheet on his mattress, it was still very hard and he didn't want to sleep on it. He ONLY sleeps on the bed and wakes up in 20 minutes if I put him in a bag and play. As soon as I put this on his mattress, he slept again for 2 hours. It's perfect for those of us who want to give our children all the luxuries that we have, but still want them to be as safe as possible. But since it's waterproof, I'd like to add that it's very important that you air dry them and only wash them in lukewarm water. There is plastic material that can be melted by the heat of the dryer and I don't recommend checking that hot water is safe for this. If your dryer has a fluff setting like mine, this will work too. Not sure if I should tumble dry as my dryer doesn't have that setting. As long as it's not consuming heat, it should be fine.
