Finally! I can finally get allergy-free, healthy, sugar- and filler-free ice cream that doesn't cause blood sugar spikes or inflammation. I made coconut milk vanilla ice cream which tasted amazing (thanks to Brianna Thomas Blog) and for Father's Day there was Zevia beer! They were so good my parents couldn't believe how good they tasted and that they weren't bad for their blood sugar and health. The machine was very easy to use. Simply place the bowl in the freezer the night before and then load the next day's ingredients, mix the base and place in the stand mixer. You can add vegetable glycerin to keep it a little softer, or just take it out about 20 minutes before serving to thaw to a spoonable consistency. I also recommend getting these slim 1 or 2 liter silicone containers for your fridge so you can make a few different flavors at once. My husband likes chocolate mint best. It's nice not having to pay huge branded prices for this machine. It just worked.
