Review on 🐾 Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro: The Ultimate Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner and Mop for Hard Floors and Area Rugs" by Prem Robinson

BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro All-in-One Wet Vacuum and Mop was purchased on August 17, 2018. The machine stopped spraying cleaning solution on November 2, 2018. After trying the troubleshooting instructions to no avail, I contacted Bissell Consumer Care. The customer service representative in the Philippines was polite but there was a lot of loud talking and laughing in the background which was very unprofessional. The representative suggested I repeat the troubleshooting instructions, but I did so to no avail. She suggested the address of a certified Bissell repair agent that was 45 minutes from my house. I explained that this solution was not acceptable and the support rep offered to email me an address label to send my car back to Bissell for his team to inspect. If the machine is found to be defective Bissell will send me a replacement within 3 business days of finding it. While this is acceptable, it does not change the fact that the machine, which is less than 3 months old, has failed and is not working. I am very disappointed as I really liked the machine as it did an excellent job of cleaning floors within a short period of time after purchasing it.
