Good: I wear size 13US and even my largest high tops (like Jordans, Ewings, dress shoes) fit with plenty of room. The boxes are super easy to assemble and lightweight. Nice looking containers. Ideal for closet organization. Neutral: The top and sides of the drawers are made of flexible plastic. Not as stiff as a standard plastic container, for example. Don't expect to fold anything on top of it other than maybe a pair of shoes. Cons: My only complaint is that the boxes don't mesh with what's up and down. They have notches for leveling, but if they aren't against a wall they can slide backwards. Drawers are not attached to the sides of the drawers at all. So each column is not connected to the next column.
