I just got this runner for my 7 month old bull terrier mix puppy. I tied the ends to two trees instead of using clips on the end to secure it. It seemed more secure when tethered, especially if you're trying to set it up yourself. Installation isn't difficult, just make sure it's securely attached to whatever you're attaching the ends to. Came with an extra line cord with a clasp on one end so I attached it to the line on the main line/runner. The material of the rope is really thick and it seems my pup will benefit from spending time outdoors.
