This bike is sometimes quiet. The clamping gap for attachment to the side of the cage is slightly larger than the cage bars, so I had to use wire to attach the wheel to the cage. When the wire is tight I can barely hear the wheel but I have to tighten it as it loosens after a day. I've tried to see if there's a way to tighten the clamp myself, but it doesn't seem to make it any smaller than it already is. If you are installing it on your cage and the bars are very flimsy, the wheel mount may be too loose for it.
