As the name suggests. I didn't listen to reviews because I think people can be a bit picky sometimes. But when multiple people say the same thing, there's a reason. They hurt so much when inserted! Not in a few hours, but immediately. On top of that, it's oversized and not an accurate representation of what a septum piercing actually looks like. Both that and the pain almost put me off from even getting a septum piercing as I bought it to see what I would look like with it. Guys I know the price is low. But don't get it. You will never want to wear it again and it will be a waste of money.
