Used on Dynafile II to grind turbine blades at the nozzle. Works great for getting into a small area. The only thing to watch out for is that the reel is so small that it spins at high speeds. The mill runs at 25,000 rpm and the drive roll is approximately 1 inch in diameter. The roller is 1/4 inch in diameter, spins at approximately 100,000 RPM and heats up slightly. I grind for about 15 seconds and then stop to measure the blade. When I stop, I also blow air on the small roller. let it cool down for a few seconds, i also oil it regularly with good quality oil.
