Well it would be a good computer if it could upload photos correctly like any other computer and if the HP support wasn't a complete jerk. I don't think I've ever had a rougher tech support experience, not that I usually ever need tech support, but obviously something is wrong with this brand new one, and also they spent over $400 on it, they want $50 to get one fix a simple problem and then they want to insult you if you find it funny. I'd happily return it and buy from a different brand even though I've been an HP user for over a decade, but it seems crap.
