Pretty decent wireless charger. I've been using it on both my Pixel 3 and iPhone X for a week now. Great that I don't have to fiddle with a charging cable. This charging pad is solidly made and has a good weight. It doesn't move at all when in use. It also comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable. It has a cool green flashing ring to let you know if the phone is charging, which is really helpful and makes it look really good! The light also goes out after a few blinks, so it doesn't bother. One thing I noticed was that when I used a USB-C laptop charger to do this, it would only charge the iPhone (but the green ring would not light up at all) and would not charge my Pixel 3. I ended up switching this for my Pixel 3 charger (USB-C to USB-C) which worked great. Works with 2.4 and 3 amp adapters.
