In January I sustained severe bruised ribs after a fall and needed some support during treatment. I got this after buying another, more expensive braces that I hated. This belt is much lighter, much easier to use and stays almost where it's supposed to support. It is very light yet strong, the velcro stays attached but is easy enough to disassemble to "rearrange" yourself. Another belt I bought? Dude, you couldn't rip that velcro to save your life! I would recommend this to everyone, but only you can determine what support you need.
