Upgrade from the G10, and oh my, that's an improvement. It takes a short time to find the satellite and then your course is right there. Much, much faster than the G10 and the battery lasts much longer, which seems odd given it's in colour. The intuitive interface makes it much easier to use than the G10's buttons. Another plus is that you can tap the hole number in the top left and a screen will appear so you can quickly jump to another hole if it's off or you just want to see another. The G10 forced you to play hole after hole until you got the number right. I really like being able to touch a point on the track and get the distance - I no longer have to pull out my laser rangefinder except when I'm in range. The only downside I can report is that due to its small size it can take a few tries to tap in the right spot if you don't have pencil fingers and once you've checked the potential distance it shows the total distance from Your location to this point and from this point to the whole, so you have to back off if you want distance in a straight line to the hole. This also happens when you accidentally touch the screen, which is sometimes difficult to see due to its small size. I found this out when I wondered why the barrel length was so much longer than the tee mark. Random touches also take you to other screens, but the return bug works great.
