I should have trusted the size chart instead of reviews. I am 5'4, and I was about 155 lbs when I bought a large. I had to stretch it to close it, and it was so ridiculously unflattering. The arms were way too tight, and it only came to a couple inches below my belly button, so it's a really awkward length to wear with jeans. Since then I've lost about 15 lbs, and it's still too small. I'm about 40" bust and 34" waist, with a significant post-baby belly.In the end, I wear it around the house because I like the color, which is a more saturated gold than my monitor shows, but It's just too small, and I'm too lazy to exchange it.
