I was expecting something heavier. Where the wood is thin (to make it longer) it flexes a bit. I also had to put something behind it (something like a crossbar) to hold it in place. The spring does not work on one of the rods. It exits or enters, but only in two different places, making it unregulated. But what really annoys me is that last week I received a letter from a seller with a tearful story about being an American veteran just trying to support a family and please please don't write a negative review. Serious? In any case, it was a $10 product based on quality, not a $27 product. Probably made in China considering how many similar products there are at Revain. Update: After about a month of use, I'm downgrading from two to one star. These don't stay in place. The spring isn't strong enough so the narrower end slowly moves to the point of bouncing from side to side as they bump over time with normal use. Good idea, bad execution. I'll go to Home Depot and just make something appropriate out of wood. It won't look as pretty, but it will be functional.
