I came across Fat Dads while looking for non-bare aluminum pans to replace my old (rusty) tin-plated steel pans. Anodized aluminum is great because it doesn't react with acidic ingredients. It will also not rust or oxidize. For cakes and other more delicate items, I line the pan with parchment paper before baking, otherwise it will stick. However, breads and rolls need to be lightly oiled or buttered (not even necessary for rolls, which are already quite greasy) and they come out instantly without sticking. The molds are thick enough not to wrinkle easily, but still thin enough to be very light and allow for rapid heat transfer. The rolled edge is a nice touch as it means you don't have any sharp edges to scratch you or other utensils. I would buy them again if something happened to them.
