Bonsaii A+ Support proves two mistakes can be right

I've only had the Bonsaii EverShred C149-C for about a week and have only used it once in that time. That being said I can already say that this is the Bonsaii EverShred C169-B upgrade it has replaced. The wheels make it more portable (I originally thought I wouldn't care as long as I didn't have to lug it around), and the larger basket means I have to empty it less. I will refrain from further product description as this review focuses on Bonsaii's customer service and not the Bonsaii EverShred C149-C. As already mentioned, I have had 2 C169s in the last few years. Both were amazing but unfortunately they both suffered the same fate of breakup. Normally this is where I would cut ties with the brand/company, but since Bonsaii provided such great customer service the first time I needed a replacement (which they were happy to do), I decided to contact them. responded to my email to the company and even had the pleasure of working with the same Bonsaii customer service representative who helped me previously. Since the second shredder was no longer under warranty, they couldn't just offer a replacement like they did with the first, which I understood and expected. However, what I did not expect was that the Bonsaii customer service representative really understood my situation and actively worked towards a positive outcome for me. I was offered a replacement discount and even made suggestions for their shredders that might better suit my needs which I shared with them. go great. However, continuing to do so when things go wrong is a true testament to the nature of the business; especially if they got it wrong again. For this reason I have decided to use bonsai for chopping again.
