I've bought a lot of Allison cabinetry for my kitchen and bathroom. In general I am very happy with them. They offer excellent value for money: they look good, are of high quality and much cheaper than what is available elsewhere. This particular item has an awful design feature. The screw holes protrude about 1/8 inch beyond the rest of the link. A flat mount looks silly, so to mount them flush with the tree they have to be countersunk. I see no benefit in this design feature. This requires an extra step in a much simpler process. This must at least be clearly stated or shown on the picture of the item.
