Stop working after 2 months and don't give me back any stocking fee in full!

I bought this product and it worked fine for 2 months and 3 days. I returned it because it didn't work and they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee and then Revain charged me $5 but they didn't charge it to my credit card. Now my money is stuck in their system so I need to buy something, not happy! In the past, Revane has compensated you very well when something happened, but not this time!
