(I was waiting to write a review once my dog tore through it to share how long it lasted)CACTUS TOY#1. My dog loves this toy. It became his new favorite and would just carry it around with him everywhere. Super cute.#2. I bought this for my dog as a Christmas present. With the cactus toy the first few hours I had to remove the little black spikes. They are black foam and pull out with ease as my dog was showing me. I cut off the rest before he ate them. Within a day the flower was chewed off. We started hiding the toy for play time only instead of him being allowed to chew it whenever to try and make it last. Another few days he had chewed through it to the second toy. Which he loved even more! This second toy lasted a week and a half. And now we are on the spikey rubber ball in the heart of the toy. He does not enjoy it as much as before but still enjoys playing with it.Overall the toy lasted about 2 weeks and you still get this rubber spikey toy at the end which has been surviving haha.Caution: the black spikes when you first get the toy pop out super easy and if you have a serious chewer like I do just prepare for a few weeks of fun.
