I'm so disappointed! This pen ruined my project. I had high hopes and it didn't work as expected or even remotely. with a red pen to put the finishing touches on the hospital cross for a children's book illustration. My very light pencil sketch immediately softened and darkened, almost being blackened by the pencil. This was the pen's first failure. But it was too late for me, so I figured I could just use the red pigma pen and later try to go over the smudged graphite mess and salvage my image. until I realized it was even worse than I thought. The pen's moisture was absorbed by the paper - like a magnet, pulling the ugly smeared pen juices with it! It won't fix it. Now it looks terrible. Literally 20 seconds with this pen and an hour of work thrown in the trash. They might work better on watercolor paper, but I deal primarily with mixed media and need products that can work on any type of paper, texture, and over any type of paint. Even with watercolor paper I won't be able to use them with a pencil which is a big mistake for any artist. I just don't see the point in keeping them for any reason.
