This system was very easy for our team, it helped us with everything we needed in one place! It's also great that they have such amazing customer support as well! They are always quick at responding questions or concerns you may be having and will do what is necessary to get them sorted out quickly. We haven't run into any issues yet but I can imagine there might be some learning curve when new people come onboard (which happens often). If using this tool - just go all-in before launch date/pending payments because of their refund policies if not fully paying up front. Make sure everyone knows about these terms BEFORE making plans so those who aren't able / don't want to pay upfront won't feel like its too much money for an automated solution. Using clientify has saved time in both admin work AND my personal life being more efficient overall while increasing productivity through automating.
