Review on PetSafe Stubborn Fence Without Wire by Bre Ellis

I've run 1000 feet of uninterrupted premium cable underground. When I plugged in the transmitter it started beeping and the loop indicator didn't light up. After troubleshooting according to the manual, a wire is said to have broken somewhere. I removed about 200 feet of wire for testing and the wire was in perfect condition. Then I decided the transmitter must be bad, so I ordered another one. The second block did the same. I decided to ohm the wire to make sure it wasn't broken and the wire wasn't a problem. I decided to return both devices and chose a different brand (Educator E-Fence). I connected the Educator to my existing cable and within 5 minutes it was up and running with no issues.
