So this is my third edit. I finally have my new heater. The first was stupid. I have to say I really like my wax warmer and this set has everything you need as long as it comes in the box as shown in the picture. My first box didn't come with wax applicators. Your box should come with them. However, I have to say that my first Brazilian wax was done almost 3 years ago and I love the work they do at European Wax, but $60 + tip for each wax is expensive, even with their annual buy 9 promotion and get 3 for free. I like the warmer I got as a replacement. It doesn't have an LED temperature display like the first one. It's just a marked dial. I turn it on maximum, and when the wax melts I turn it down to medium. One thing you should do is ALWAYS check the temperature as instructed! My friend went into town and made me a Brazilian and the wax was super hot! If you keep the wax at a medium level you should be fine. Anyway I didn't really like the wax that came with it, it does the job but I find the Cirepíl wax is much better. The warm light turns on but does not heat up. I'm so disappointed you get what you pay for.
