I thought the first one was DOA, they sent a replacement and I have the same problem. I couldn't get it to work at all. I tried it on my 2 computers at home and half a dozen at my office, they all recognized the device but no sound was recognized at all. This is how I got them working for Windows 10.1. Right click on the sound icon and open sound settings.2. In the Input section, locate the device in the drop-down list, named Jounivo in my case, select it and click the Device Properties link under the drop-down list.3. The important part, change the volume setting as you like. For some reason I don't get any data on either computer until I change the setting from 97% default. After that it works fine even if I go back to 97 but if I don't change it it doesn't work. I'll update the review after using this for a while, but it's very annoying, it doesn't work right away without adjusting this setting.
