Better check before shipping to customer

The battery is dead when I received it and I hope everything is ok. idk y circuit board has no voltage when I test the voltmeter. Check remote control, no frequency. There is a new battery, put it on 3.0v 😡😡😡 why do they send the remote control without checking if it works
