Don't pay attention to the sizing. This thing is about 8 to 10 inches longer than the chart recommends for you. Could be a good belt, but if you don't want it to wrap around you twice, go two to three sizes smaller than you usually needs. Which basically screws anyone who takes a medium or smaller.
