Makes the job economical
I bought these with the brow tint kit to make application easier (and more targeted!) and not only do they work really well for that purpose, they make it easier to apply the excess tint too some gray around my hairline. They are also useful for smoothing mascara. While they're certainly cheap enough to be considered disposable/disposable, I found them durable enough to be reused for that purpose. I wear regular mascara, not "waterproof" mascara, so I just wash it well with liquid antibacterial hand soap and hot water, then place in a clean mug, brush up and let air dry.
