For the price it's excellent. Easy to assemble. The cats are absolutely acting like it's the best thing ever. They play with the silly little balloons so much they keep ripping them off. I just put on a new rubber band and reattached them. Cats love to be high up and have stopped jumping and scratching other furniture. Of course, rubbing the scratching post with cat hair has helped some. A short platform on a tree wobbles a bit. I was thinking of just taking it off, it's low so they don't use it anyway except to go to the next level.
