Does its job and works well
I like it better than wooden skins. It's thin and goes right under the cake. And the longer handle helps keep it out of the oven. However, it scratches easily and can feel a little flimsy if you buy a large size. And beware of sharp edges. When done correctly, the pizza slides easily over the stone, which has cornmeal added to its surface. Not bad for what it is.
