Bought as a simple replacement (lost driver's side grille on my 2003 VW Jetta) and although the replacement grilles "fit" my car, they don't "click" securely (if at all), so, if I drove "inside" with them, it would just fall out at the first collision with any bump in the road. I contacted the seller for what I hoped was a simple return request. Since then we have exchanged 4 emails but nothing came out, the seller wants to take a picture of it, "not fitting", and I will go outside and take photos and video to fully explain the poor quality of the fit demonstrate. I'm disappointed that what should have been an easy comeback resulted in having to jump through hoops which apparently proves they won't stay which is just ridiculous. They are not well made and do not fit securely. It should have been an easy refund claim period.
