This is the first screen I've had to fix. I just measured channel 1/8 and converted to decimal. There are online converters to help you if needed. I used a small flathead screwdriver with the edge of an adjustment wrench instead of buying a flathead tool. It might have been easier, but I made it. Be careful when tightening the screen to avoid bending the bezel. I ruined the first one that left a gap, so I folded it back in and tested it, laying each side of the finished screen on a workbench to make sure it didn't buckle inward. Spline holds up great!
