The customer service is great, as they have been very helpful in getting me connected to my new cable provider! I would like them more if there was no fee for switching providers within two years of signing up or one month from activation (depending which way it goes).

It's not that big an issue but still annoying since we only live about 30 minutes away - so having another option makes sense too!! Don't hesitate- go ahead & get your internet connection switched over when this offer comes around again :D Great price compared w/ other companies out their who charge $200+ monthly fees; excellent speeds at affordable prices. We use Netflix alot during our day time hours while working remotely via Zoom meetings etc., thus being able stream shows without interruption :) This has really saved us lots off problems by streaming content online instead of relying solely upon.
