Premium - No. Portable -Yes. Thin elastic vinyl. Lots of wrinkles, but.

So let's face it, if you want a premium screen for a real media room, this isn't it. That will cost you anywhere from $600 to a couple thousand dollars. This is however a pretty good portable screen or cheap movie night screen. As others have said, it comes folded and covered in wrinkles. Some light and some very heavy wrinkles. No matter how you stretch it out, you will NOT be able to get rid of them. You can try to steam or hair dryer them out, but the vinyl will get shiny everywhere you put enough heat to smooth them. From there you can use a dry Mr Clean magic eraser to remove the glossy areas everywhere. It's very time consuming, and still will not be fully wrinkle free. The kicker is that you don't need to do any of that at all. Really. Just stretch it as best you can on a frame and start the show. Once you are projecting on the screen, it's impossible to see any wrinkles, close up or far away. Honestly. The wrinkles can only be seen from normal light hitting the screen at indirect angles. So room lights on and you can see wrinkles, but projection directly at the screen, no wrinkles can be seen. See for yourself before you waste hours stressing over wrinkles and possibly melting your screen with too much heat.
