Love goes away...

Update 08/01/21: The new group has been doing the same thing as the old group for about a week. I will consider other watches. I'm so disappointed but definitely won't be buying a $60 tape a few times a year. Extremely disappointed. Update 6/28/21: Received a new watch strap from gpscity.com about a week after ordering. Garmin's website says it will take more than 2 weeks for the bracelet to ship. Update 6/8/21: The bracelet looks terrible. Paying over $200 for a watch and buying a $60 matching ribbon from Garmin to replace it seems unreasonable upon receipt in February 2021. Extremely disappointed. Update 3/15/21: The skin seems to wear away where my hand would rest on a table or my desktop. I am very disappointed with this and hope that replacement tape options will become available. much better than the health app that comes with my iphone and even has fitness programs available. Cons: Straps are a contrasting taupe/grey rather than brown to match the bronze of the dial, vibration can be heard by someone else even on the lowest settings (maybe it's just me, but there's a faint rattle when vibrating , which I don't notice on my dad's smartwatch). I would definitely buy this watch again. I was looking for something that wasn't rectangular, square or chunky. My biggest complaints are that the lowest vibration makes an audible noise and the watch bands aren't brown like in the picture. The pros definitely outweigh any cons I found in 4 days of use. The battery drains faster when oxygen levels are monitored at night. I have about two days of nightly oxygen tracking.

Pros
  • GPS, viewfinder and accessories
Cons
  • Legacy model
