Happy Buyer! Unfortunately I still have an old Bissell Perforce Helix model 1240 vacuum and noticed that it wasn't spinning like it should, but after my husband took it apart and cleaned it seemed to help. He then decided to break the straps and after going through 3 brand new straps in a matter of minutes my husband finally found out that it was in fact a roller brush. It was frozen and didn't move, so the straps burned and broke as soon as it was turned on. Luckily this brush worked, I honestly think it worked better than new and now my only hope is that it lasts.
