I had been looking for an online platform that allows me to hire freelancers from around the world, have them work remotely in their home country and pay them through my bank account without having to worry about taxes or other paperwork. The best thing is that they allow free communication between client and freelancer so there are no surprises. Sometimes it can be slow at times but overall it's great! There isn't much to dislike when using this site. It has helped us out tremendously by allowing us to find people who would otherwise not fit our criteria (exact skillset) and provide services outside of our geographic location.
