My DELL Inspiron computer speed was slow for a long time but worked. Thought the ISP might be the cause. The IT guy restored the computer to the original settings and recommended I buy a new computer as it was outdated technology as it had just turned three years old. Slight improvement with speed. Eventually it was discovered that the charging adapter cable was broken at the end of the plug. Bought a 45w charging adapter from a local company. The computer worked, but continued to work slowly. Before the IT staff checked it, the battery died. DELL recommended purchasing a new battery along with the charging adapter. After connecting the 90W 65W charger purchased from your company to the computer, everything worked fine. The speed and the battery work perfectly. The computer was always faulty and consider that the charging adapter failed shortly after purchasing the computer.
