Check if the can is damaged!

This glass has been severely damaged. The tin was crushed and when I tried to open it all the pins fell out. The container doesn't even stay closed! can i take it with me I used to bring other tin cans from the company with no problem. I would love it if they could send me another tin so I can put my pencils in and carry them around!
