Exactly what is shown in the photo. 3 came in a package. Great for my sensitive teeth but I don't see any whitening. As I am currently pregnant my teeth and gums are taking a hit. Not only do I use this toothpaste daily, but when I get a severe toothache, I apply a small amount of this paste directly to the aching tooth and brush it and the pain goes away immediately. This was after weeks of taking Tylenol 24/7. (When you're pregnant, there are so many things you can do or take until your bun is ready.) But one day after I ate the granola, my tooth started hurting so much that I cried eyes rose. I decided to apply this paste directly to the stain and was shocked and excited, it worked right away. To be honest I have one in my bathroom and one next to my bed. (seriously guys)
