Small details when painting underglaze ceramics
I bought these bottles for drawing small details when painting underglaze ceramics. They work great! However, I don't use the built-in tip. Instead, I use a long, straight quilting needle. This will prevent the tip of the needle from becoming clogged with underglaze paint. I learned this trick at the pottery store when buying paints and pottery/ceramics. As shown in the attached photos, I use them for small details. All the little dots on Cupid and Prancer were made with these needle tipped bottles. As you can see, the bigger the print, the bigger the dots.
