Doesn't work for me.
I don't know why, I followed the instructions but this color didn't suit me. I applied four coats to an old board that no longer accepted chalk on its surface. I left it alone for three days, then sanded the entire surface with white chalk and erased it with a felt eraser. When I tried to write on it, the surface still wouldn't accept writing with chalk. looser. Went and bought a can of Rustoleum chalkboard paint and hope it helps.
