This product comes in an elegant, padded plastic box. This is an all metal construction. The cold shoe works great on top. Unfortunately, the grip doesn't fix the hand, it simply slides up and down over the phone. Yes, I fully dressed it. There is no spring to hold the positive mount, so I couldn't use it due to the risk of the phone falling out. I wanted to love this product so much. Just a disappointment!
