I fell in love with this bag because of its design and colors. I bought the product a few months ago. I used it every day to keep my small Pendleton map case and keys in it. The strap on my purse recently broke. I tried to fix it by sewing it back on but the other side broke again and the straps started snapping too. I am disappointed in the product as my last Pendleton bag lasted over a year and started tearing. The straps attached to the purse should be permanently stitched and the straps should be genuine leather, not faux leather. If your purchase is for occasional use here and there then that's fine, but not for the long term.
