I was looking for a plant based protein powder to use as a post workout/starvation supplement. Reading some articles on weight training, I saw that the amount of carbohydrates in a protein powder should be less than 4g and the amount of protein should be more than 20g. Most powders that meet this requirement are a bit more expensive, and the ones that do are not full of unnecessary ingredients. It seemed like an affordable option and after reading a number of reviews I pretty much lived up to my expectations. The powder blends best when mixed and I have a chocolate flavor that is easy to digest. I think chocolate is only good for a quick shake but will probably get a plain/vanilla smoothie for more flexibility. I haven't used it regularly enough to know how it affects training (actually I haven't been training regularly enough) but so far I'm happy with this purchase and will likely continue to use this brand.
