Terrible Support- Poorly designed Reporting Product

It easy to understand how to use and it allows me to build many custom reports. I like everything about it once you get the hang of building reports which takes some time. The customer support is terrible since they don't offer any training and seem like they want to just have you sign up for a monthly subscription and walk away when you try to do anything with their products. After several months, we've realized that this software is not only unreliable but also expensive. We've had over 15 different issues arise with it since starting out and were billed for each one separately by itwiz's support team. Our users have complained of a slow load time from their desktop's browser and we couldn't solve that issue no matter how many support calls we made. They were very unhelpful and the billing department was horrible even after providing them proof as well as being an active part of the account. My advice would be stay far away from this product if possible. You will likely end up spending more in wasted billing fees than your actual project costs. We built a reporting solution for our employees at our large company so they can quickly see things from a few The interface looks pretty modern and easy to use. I like how it allows me to drill down into my metrics as well as see historical trends. It's not really intuitive at first glance (at least with our implementation) but once you figure out what you're looking at, it works very nicely. We have been able to get some useful insights we didn't know were there before now by looking at our service level agreement usage.
