Beautiful Ceramic Jesus

In the glory of Kendra Tierney, I wanted the children to say a prayer during Advent that resembles our rites of Lent. I used a small box, put a jar of wood shavings in the jar, and they "filled" the manger with "hay" for Jesus to make him comfortable. With smiles on their faces, behind the straw they did each other's work, made the beds, and did other random good deeds that brightened our Advent season. Inexpensive and well made.
