I like that it's easy to use, has many features (like search), allows you to customize your own dashboard as well as create custom dashboards with filters of different types! It also integrates very nicely into other services such as JIRA or Confluence - allowing one-click integrations between projects/issues in these systems & those stored within cKan itself.- The support team are always quick at responding when issues arise but sometimes they may need some guidance from us newbies so don't expect them to jump right out without any training first!! We're using this software mainly internally however we do have customers who access our product via an API which does allow external users to login through their website etc., though not all functions available externally will work perfectly due to security reasons.
